This little town on the north west coast of Spain is a modest fishing village where the tempo is calm and graciousness is in endless supply; the weather is like the Oregon coast in the Spring and the Scottish highlands in the winter; the buildings are granite and the intelligence is keen. The local wine, Albarino, is among the best white wines in the world - and complements the local catch perfectly. I fell in love with the people here, and with the style and hospitality of the Spanish.
